Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These rules apply to prompts, uploaded images and audio, generated images and videos, editing, upscaling, downloads, and any content shared through image-fx.app. Use the service only for lawful purposes and respect other people's rights.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
- Pornography / NSFW: Do not request, upload, generate or share pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, fetish content, or other NSFW content.
- Violence / Gore: Do not create graphic violence, gore, torture, abuse, credible threats, or content that encourages violence, suicide or self-harm.
- Hate Speech: Do not create content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or targeted harassment and threats.
- Child-Unsafe Content (CSAM): Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, grooming, and sexualized depictions of minors or people who appear to be minors are strictly prohibited, including AI-generated or fictional depictions. Do not attempt to generate, upload or distribute such material.
- Deepfakes / Impersonation: Do not use the service for face swaps, nudification, identity or voice impersonation, fabricated intimate scenes, or deceptive depictions of a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do. Consent does not make prohibited face-swap, nudification or fabricated intimate-scene features permitted.
- Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Do not upload, generate or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights, or falsely implies endorsement or affiliation. Obtain the rights and permissions required for your use.
Real-Person Uploads and Other Misuse
Upload another person's image, voice or personal information only with their permission and the necessary rights. Permission does not override the prohibited categories above. Fraud, scams, illegal activity, malware, and attempts to bypass safety checks, access controls or provider safeguards are also prohibited.
Moderation and Enforcement
The service uses prompt validation and model-provider safety safeguards. Safety reports and suspected violations may also be investigated by support. Automated checks can reject requests, but no automated safeguard guarantees that every violation will be detected.
Depending on the violation, we may block requests, remove or restrict access to content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. Repeated abuse or attempts to evade safeguards may result in a permanent ban. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with authorities where legally required. Moderation actions and billing or refund questions are reviewed under their applicable policies.
User Reporting Channel
Report prohibited generated content, unsafe uploads or misuse to [email protected].
Include the page or result URL, history or task ID if available, approximate time, the relevant prohibited category, and a short explanation. Rights holders may include evidence of ownership or authorization. Provide only the information needed to investigate; never send passwords, payment-card details or API keys.
For suspected CSAM, do not download, forward or attach the material to your report. Send only the relevant URL or record identifier and a brief description so we can investigate through the appropriate channels.
Report Handling and Appeals
Support reviews reports, prioritizing child-safety risks and credible threats. We assess the available information and relevant records, may request clarification, and take appropriate action when a violation is established. We may contact the reporter with a follow-up where appropriate, subject to privacy and legal restrictions; a report does not automatically result in a ban or content removal.
If you believe a moderation action was mistaken, email the same address with the subject "Content safety appeal", the affected account or record ID, and your explanation. We review the available context and may uphold, revise or reverse the action. Do not re-upload prohibited material as part of an appeal.
