Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Final Sale Policy for Issued Credits
Due to the high cost of GPU computing and third-party AI model processing, all sales are final once AI credits are issued to your account. No refunds will be provided unless there is a confirmed technical failure on our part.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Credits that have already been issued to your account
- One-time credit purchases after successful delivery
- Subscription payments after the monthly or annual credit grant has been issued
- Credits already consumed for AI image, video, music, or related generation tasks
- Account suspension or termination caused by violations of our Terms of Service
Eligible for Review:
- Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors
- Credits not issued after a successful payment
- Platform-side technical failures that prevent access to purchased credits
- Generation failures where our system does not automatically return deducted credits
2. AI Generation Failures and Credit Returns
If an AI generation task fails because of a platform-side error, IMAGE FX may automatically return the deducted credits to your account. Credit returns are not cash refunds and are intended to restore credits for future use.
- Failed generations caused by our system may receive a credit return.
- Unsatisfactory creative results, prompt choices, or subjective quality preferences are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Third-party model downtime, queue delays, or safety rejections may be reviewed case by case.
3. How to Request a Review
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- A clear description of the billing issue or technical failure
- Screenshots, error messages, or task IDs when available
Step 2: Review Process
- Response within 24-48 hours
- Verification of payment, credit issuance, and generation logs
- Decision based on this policy and applicable legal requirements
Step 3: Resolution
- Eligible technical failures may result in returned credits or, in limited cases, a refund to the original payment method.
- Billing errors approved for refund are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- Bank or payment provider processing may add additional time.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for credits already issued during the current billing period.
- Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Annual subscription credits may be issued according to the applicable plan schedule.
- Unused issued credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
5. Abuse and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds for suspected fraudulent activity
- Suspend accounts with excessive refund requests
- Report fraudulent behavior to authorities
- Pursue legal action for chargebacks deemed fraudulent
